HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can order directly from any product page by selecting the quantity desired and by clicking on the Add to Cart button. After selecting all your games, you can checkout on our safe and secure server.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCTS TO REACH AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?
The products you order are usually shipped within 2 to 4 working days from the time of order receipt. We use recognized courier services who deliver the products on time. All products are dispatched from Mumbai, India and transit time would depend on the distance from Mumbai. Please do consider 5-7 days transit time for all couriers to reach you.In the unlikely event that there is a delay in dispatching your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be in contact with you should your order be affected.

Looking for fun return gifts for your little one's next birthday party? Let us know your age requirement, theme and budget. We shall suggest and customize return gifts for an order above 20 units. Get in touch with us by emailing us on info@monkeyminds.co.in
CAN I CANCEL ORDER ONCE PLACED?
You can cancel an order you placed within 24 hours of placing the order. The entire amount shall be refunded if you cancel your order before your product has been shipped. Orders once shipped will not be cancelled.
WHAT IS THE RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY?
We at Monkey Minds want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that has been damaged or tampered in transit please email us at info@monkeyminds.co.in within 7 days of receipt of delivery. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send the product back to us. You must contact us within the 7 day period- no exchanges are available after 7 days. Please email a picture of the damaged/broken item in the original packaging.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY?
Refunds will be initiated as soon as you have cancelled an order. The refunds shall be made in same form as the way the payment was made. Refunds will usually take 10-15 days to be credited to your account.
